Welcome to OkayMentor. By licensing, deploying, or utilizing our pre-built B2B software suites—including Okay POS, Okay School (School Management ERP), Okay Restaurant, and Okay Cafe Management—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of service.
1. Software Licensing & Usage Limits
OkayMentor grants clients a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to run our database-driven systems on their active servers.
Modification of core backend Laravel source directories or redistribution of Okay POS or Okay School ERP source templates without written consent from OkayMentor is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Uptime
We engineer highly scalable systems utilizing Redis cache and optimized SQL query structures. While we strive to ensure 99.9% platform uptime for all hosted databases, clients are responsible for maintaining stable hosting environments for local on-premise deployments.
3. Data Synchronization Rules
Data queued via local database caching in Okay POS or restaurant tablets must be synchronized to the cloud system periodically. OkayMentor is not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser cache datasets prior to synchronization.
4. Intellectual Property
All source templates, custom logic, visual elements, graphics, and brand assets relating to Okay POS, Okay School, Okay Restaurant, and Okay Cafe Management remain the sole intellectual property of OkayMentor.
